Crazy fast delivery. Early by 2 days. This one, my 2nd purchase from Elysiumcycles.com, changed my trips down the mountain. Handles great. Suspension is smooth. Climbs like a beast.
This bike is amazing! First full suspension bike, I’ve always ridden hard tails. Smooth shifting, solid ride, handles everything I’ve thrown at it so far. Not a single complaint yet! Looking forward to getting one for my wife and kid!
If there was a higher rating for this bike I would most definitely pick it. such a great bike with so little time for shipping I think it was 8 days for it to come to my address. I would definitely recommend this bike to advanced or beginners came perfect with no problems and takes only minutes to assemble. Will definitely buy another bike from Elysiumcycles.com
This is my first “real” mtb. So far I’ve only done a few basic rides but I am very impressed. I was happy with the affordability and shipping process. This is a great deal.
Awesome bike, I got the S3 size Enduro Expert and Everything is perfect out of the box. I had one problem which was my front brake rotor was bent out of the box and was rubbing badly, so I had to fix it myself
It’s now been 2 additional weeks. I was promised to be contacted by a manager to resolve my several issues that I’ve had from day 1 and have heard nothing! If you buy a bike from this place don’t plan on anything happening quickly, or possibly at all. I have a bent rim, defective tires, and a defective rear through axel, which now pretty much renders the bike non-rideable. Absolutely ridiculous!

This was a very easy purchase. After tons of research into various brands of bikes, my husband and I decided on this one as our first experience with dual suspension, dropper seats, etc. We are over the moon with the quality and functionality of this bike for our level
The bike was damaged in shipping and arrived 2 weeks late. When it did arrive, I had to take it to our local bike shop to have it repaired before I could even ride it. This company is a joke and I would not recommend it.
The bike is fine. Problem was Elysiumcycles.com not returning any of my emails or calls. I ordered the wrong bike. Before they shipped I tried to contact them and no answer. Then I find out what it’s like trying to return a bike to Elysiumcycles.com. Forget about that 2 to 3 month headache. Customer service is complete garbage. I will never order from them again.
