The bike was great and easy to put together. The back tire had a faulty valve after a couple of weeks of use but was replaced immediately, the after-care service was great.
The bike went together easily and was packaged well. Been on half a dozen trail rides and am very happy with the bike’s performance
I received my Polygon D7 here in NJ in less than a week. From the moment I opened the box, I have been incredibly happy. The bike is gorgeous and has really good components. The suspension and drive train are solid. I doubt those will ever need an upgrade. The only thing you need to do is keep the chain clean! As your riding progresses you might want more powerful brakes for trails and downhill but if you are riding true down country this bike is perfect right out of the box. Go for it!
I have enjoyed riding this bike every single time I have hopped on it, I only had 1 or 2 issues with it. firstly the rotors were slight bent in shipping, also the seat post clamp had been snapped in shipping

Wow. Great bike. Ridden a few times now and really enjoying the step up to a dual suspension. Feels really comfortable and looks great too. My son is hassling me for one now.

Only had the bike out a few times, but so far it’s been quite nice! I just got back into mountain biking, but don’t ever see myself needing anything better! I’m 37, and don’t get too extreme anymore since I work with my hands for a living… This is perfect!
Purchased this to become my dedicated off-road trail bike. My first trip off-road was a bit amazing. The bike blew away my expectations. Hearing was flawless, brakes were adequate and the seat was surprisingly comfortable. The bars are wide but makes it super stable. The only complaint is the dropper post takes a little bit of time to get right.
This bike handles and pedals great. Very happy with the quality of the frame, components, and design. I will be upgrading the brakes in the future, they don’t seem to perform up to the spec of the rest of the bike, even after burning the pads in fully. Other than that completely satisfied with the Ghost SLAMR Base AL bike

Had the bike for a few weeks now had it out on a variety of terrain. It rides easy and smooth on the hard stuff, effortlessly glides over anything in the dirt, and has handled the exciting downhill trails with ease. After a little fine-tuning of the suspension setup, it’s rolling easily over rocky drop-offs and gripping the corners on our dusty and rocky single-track trails. The more you just let it ride, the easier you handle the obstacles and jumps! Amazing value for the money, and a sweet ride. Hard to believe but this bike rides as good as things 3 times the price!
The bike is a very nice bike, good quality, has good parts, and rides smoothly. The customer service is good but the shipping time took longer than I expected and one little part was missing when the bike came in overall it’s a good bike, a good place to order bikes.
